SUITES SAN ESTEBAN 16 Ducal

The suite was very well equipped. Very good location. Host was very easily contactable and responded fast although didn’t resolve the problem we were facing.

Number one problem was the loud noises from outside. At the point were one of us had to sleep in the bathroom floor so the bathroom door would keep some of the noise out. Tried closing the blinds and the earplugs but it was impossible to sleep. Literally there were motorbikes and cars passing 2m away from you headrest while you were trying to sleep!!! When we arrived, approx at 14:10, realised how close to the street the room was, as it was ground floor and immediately contacted host to ask for a different room away from the traffic. The host said there is no availability. Also we informed host that the room was still not ready (which is fine because check in is 3pm), but was a complete mess and cleaners weren’t even present at the building and the host said she would contact them to ask why they are not there yet. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room until the cleaners come. I went upstairs to let them know we were going and they were clearly cleaning and preparing another room for check in, on the first floor, away from the traffic - that was not offered to us - although we said we knew the noise would be a problem for us. To top everything up, the couch in the leaving room was neatly made up, BUT with the previous tenants bedding in it!!! They just closed the couch without changing the bedding or the pillow cases!! And lastly I woke up with an itch on my shoulder, and I could feel something rough on it! Guess what! It was someone’s trimmed finger nail! 🤮 I had gel nails on and my boyfriend has short nails and no nail clippers with us! It was clearly not ours! And was on the bed! I don’t want to get the cleaning ladies in trouble as they were lovely, but I want to highlight the bad organisation and time management that lead to very superficially made up room.

El alojamiento maravilloso y la ubicación perfecta para visitar Sevilla. Totalmente recomendable, cuando volvamos a Sevilla repetiremos sin duda.

Wonderfully located apartment a few minutes walk to the old town main centre. Very close to lots of amazing restaurants, a supermarket and lovely boutique shops. The apartment was beautiful in keeping with the style of the city with all modern kitchen facilities and a very comfortable bed- I have back problems and always look for this in reviews so 10/10 for comfort. The road is a little noisy but earplugs are provided and it would not stop us returning. We were supplied with a light breakfast which covered us for our stay. Put host, Viviana, was so helpful and kind. The absolute cherry on the cake was the rooftop terrace with a spa jacuzzi which was amazing after a long day out sightseeing in 30° + heat in October! We will be back here for sure!

Just the noise of the road at night and morning but you get used to it.

Hola, lo que más nos gustó fue el trato ta esquisto, la limpieza, la cama muy cómoda y sobre todo la ubicación...... prácticamente todo.

The space is large with everything we needed.

Noise, noise and noise!!! We were stayed at 1A room, which probably is the most noisy room because it is right along the street and on the first floor. Nearby there are several bars, so during nighttime it’s crazy noisy. It’s too hard to get to sleep, really. I guess 1B/2B/3B rooms are much better.
