- schön und sehr zentral gelegen - geschmackvolle Einrichtung

- Hotel stellt Kontakt über WhatsApp her, finde ich irreführend, da man immer gewarnt wird die Links in solchen Nachrichten anzuklicken - Check in Code kam erst abends nach 23 Uhr. Zum Glück hatten wir nachmittags noch eine Angestellte angetroffen und konnten so auch ohne Code ins Hotel.

A really fantastic hotel in a superb location. Staff were super friendly and the continental breakfast was great.

Very expensive compared to other places we’ve stayed - also we kept being messaged about virtual check in and payment days beforehand - we thought our account had been hacked - it would be better if we had been told at the time of booking that we would be expected to upload passport documents and pay a few days before arrival - would have saved a lot of confusion

petit déjeuner qui n'est pas comme indiqué par Booking à la carte mais servi individuellement sur un petit plateau en très petite quantité composé de produits industriels sans saveur, deux tranches de pain sans sel un œuf dur cuit la veille avec le jaune tout noir, petite salade de fruits de conserve etc le tout immangeable pour preuve ce matin-là le 30/04/2026 la plupart des clients sont partis sans pratiquement touché au plateau comme nous.

Sounds trivial but after a long day hiking just wanting to access room we struggled to open door with key only realising that key worked upside down and opposite way As there are no staff to ask it became frustrating having to figure this out for oneself It would be much simpler if key worked in a conventional way

Breakfast was not great - really poor coffee, and limited choice. Not what I would expect for the price. The virtual check-in and prepayment was absolutely horrible. Despite booking.com being recently hacked and safety notices everywhere about never asking for personal details or payment, this hotel still messages on WhatsApp and asks you to make pre-payment and scan your passports. They shouldn’t be allowed to do it. We went through the process relunctantly and they still didn’t give us the door code and approached us on check-out because we ‘hadn’t paid’ - took an hour for them to agree we had. Their sister hotel in Fortnalux was the same. Couldn’t recommend on this basis alone, which is a shame.
