Close to center and Ferrari museum
Tunel to go to center not safe place. Once there was Police chasing dealers. Dirty place with needles and other drugs.

La vicinanza al museo ferrari di Modena
Non ho gradito per nulla la mancanza di assistenza per aiutarci a capire dove si trovasse esattamente l'appartamento. Pessimo anche pensare di gestire tassa di soggiorno, la registrazione ospiti e l apertura del portone in modo autonomo via web, senza alcuna assistenza in loco. Se avessi avuto il cellulare scarico, problemi di rete o problemi con la carta di credito nessuno si sarebbe presentato al portone per darci una mano e non so come sarebbe finita.

Elena - host - was very responsive and helpful. Close to the Ferrari museum, to an Aldi and a Conad, Spar was 2 minutes from the place. The train station was also close so trip to Bologna and Parma were easy and cheap to make. Apt very well fitted with coffee makers, ground and capsule coffee as well. Peaceful area.
No good Cafe/bar nearby to go down for morning coffee +cornetto or restaurant to eat. Only downtown.
