The person who handed us the keys was quite friendly. There was private parking to ensure the safety of our trailer.

The property on the outside is not very neat. It is situated next to a property where the owner seems to be a bird breeder with chickens, ducks. geese and parrots, it was quite noisy till late in the evening and from early morning again. The unit needs a lot of attention - the ceilings are not in a good condition, the stove was not clean, there were no towels available.

Booked a room for couple and was allocated a small room with one set of dirty towels,and the room was very dirty.

I liked the location of the Guesthouse as it was closer to markets. Safe location Peaceful

The Dstv remote was not working, We were only given one toilet paper and we were staying for two nights I'm one person whom likes to clean ip after themselve,but in this case we were not given any cleaning equipments. One pillow was having a strong scent of a person who stayed previously.

The place is in a remote area which is quit and safe.

On my way, I phoned the host asking her where am i going to collect the key. She told me that I have cancelled my bookings the previous day. She told me that she will return to me in a minute after deliberation with her. She never returned back to me until I phoned her after an hour, she told me that it was a mistake, I can come. On arrival I was given a room that was not to my expectations. I slept in that room that night and the following day everything in the bathroom was just falling down including the shower head. I told her the following day and promised to change the room for me. I waited for more than an hour for them to come and she even avoiding my calls. That affected the reason for me to be in Kimberly.
