Oceanview Efficiency DW1503

The location of the apartment is excellent in regard to the proximity to the beach, lots of stores and restaurants near. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen that has basically everything you might need on a vacation. The bed is comfortable and big enough for a family of three (if the child is young).

Sea Mist buildings are in a rundown condition. The balcony door is very hard to open/close. The apartment had lots of sand on the floors and the couch when we entered, grapes, papers, dust, price tags near the bed.

The building looked a little old, could of used some fresh paint.

Easy check in & clean room, nicely decorated & cozy, ac & heat was good, I enjoyed my stay & definitely will be returning

This was a last minute booking, and I read the reviews first. The Efficiency is NEWLY RENOVATED AND LOOKS BETTER THAN THE PHOTO! The bed was so big and comfortable I hate that I only stayed 2 nights! If you have more than 2 ppl you will need to bring extra sheets! But that was NOT an issue for us AT ALL. The host was MORE than courteous. She was traveling yet found time to answer my questions.

The building appeared a bit dated, and staff warned us not to go to the pool.
