USUSThis apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The washer and dryer is a great asset.
The entry steps from outside to the inside apartment were very worn and would not be safe for some people. They need to be rebuilt. They are very worn and uneven and they are pulling away from the wall. The small bathroom window lock is broken. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable. On the window ledge was a disposable cup full of cigarette ashes so obviously its a 'hang out' spot outside the bathroom window.
