Good location close to La Mezquita and old quarter and not far from town center. Spacious flat and reasonably comfortable. There was good coffee waiting for us (not instant). A desk and a dinning table, allowed myself and my partner to both work independently. Lot of space to store things. Secure, secluded and quiet location.

The property was very cool when arrived on Saturday and the heating was very difficult to work out of how to get it to function properly. We tried to call and text the person on duty that day but we received no response until the following morning. Having instructions in the flat will be easier. The power went out twice during our 4 days stay. Again, we have to contact the staff who responded instantly this time, saying we must to flip the fuse on/off again which it worked. We found very dirty cutlery. The bathroom has a very bizarre layout and design, it is a tight squeeze to sit down on the toilet. There is not much natural light. At one point I express some slight excitement (I received very good news) and I was immediately silence by the next door neighbours via some very angry banging on the wall. I just let out a small squeal at lunch time. I feel was an overreaction on the neighbours part. Other than that everything was good.

but the staff always did not respond to the messages in the booking and sometimes you must to call them to solve the problems

Nicely and recently renovated apartment, well-equipped and suitable to host up to 3/4 people (there is a comfortable sleeping couch in the dining room). We very much enjoyed the location, not too far from the centre, well connected by bus 4 to the station, and away from the crowds. The apartment is bright but has also a nice shade, thanks to the inner patio. We would recommend it without hesitation.
