Location. Easy to deal with.

Vacuum cleaner didn’t work, kettle needed replacing, company offered to bring new one, bath towel had holes in it and wine glasses had small chips.

Great location 3 bathrooms Very clean and just about everything needed was in place. Well thought-out / very professional.

Only 1 key provided - an extra would have been great. We asked but the property management refused and asked us to use the key box.

"Lovely stay"

Lovely decor and warm. Great to have each bedroom with a bathroom. Very convenient for town.

Tricky parking but this is clear in details. Dishwasher needs a cutlery basket. Not enough mugs if more then 3 people.

"Perfect stay just a shame we picked a weekend when the Christmas markets were cancelled because of the weather."

Would be helpful to have booklets or proper instructions for TV for Adults like us who are not good with technology

The heating didn’t seem to work properly and consequently the property was chilly especially the ground floor rooms next to the garage.
