Very large and comfortable rooms in a very quiet location. Privacy guaranteed. A basket with breakfast items was on the table when we arrived. We had a fridge and other amenities in our kitchen. Perfect place to start a tour of the New Forest.

A haven of tranquillity. We arrived late to soft lighting and background music. The place feels like a hug inviting instant relaxation. Beautiful breakfast basket meant a lovely lazy start which was greatly appreciated after a late arrival. Mountain bikes great and Steve suggestions super.

This place is a little gem, done out really beautifully and a great location. Would definitely come back here. Host was great too, little touches with the breakfast basket is a lovely little bonus. It really is a great place to stay.

We liked everything.

Very comfortable, warm & well furnished/decorated base for exploring the New Forest, with a pub close by & lots of walk options direct from the property. Generous breakfast basket, friendly yet non intrusive hosts, and being from London I found the night skies amazing!

Cooking facilities could have been better, the tiny oven leaves very limited cooking options considering it’s self catering
