Casa Ita Surf - Adults Only

Everything, location is great, the staff is so helpful and the rooms are beautiful.

The swimming pool/beds at the pool were too small/less for the people staying at the casa.

Lina the receptionist was amazing, her welcome and smile and availability, all the tips were very appreciated.

Everything was amazing I maybe recommend to let the coffee available all day and more fruits but it’s very personal

Would definitely stay here again. Great location - a couple of minutes from the main strip of La Punta but on a quiet residential road. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We had a late flight out on the day of check out and we were able to use the pool and facilities until we left later in the evening. Clean and stylish room, great AC, comfy bed.

We really wanted to boil water for tea .. they need to add a water cooker The drinking water provided was not great Also we chose his place because they prcvided airco which lit up the entire room.. there was only one chair on the balcony .. we were 4 people Minor annoying detail ; The door to the bathroom was noisy .. it needs to be oiled. And for the price I would expect a fan in he bathroom.. to deal with toilet smells as well as I would consider adding tile to the bathroom floor especially around the toilet for hygiene

The location is very central and the hotel is new, so it is in good conditions and was very clean. Staff were very kind.

It was noisy, not good isolated windows and doors and since it is in the center you can hear a bit of the parties around the hotel. If you are looking to relax I would search another option.
