Excellent location. 2 minutes from the sea and near to town centre. Flat very clean. Good shower and comfortable bed. Had no trouble parking near the flat, and this was in August Would certainly stay again.

Slightlyl inconvenient regarding parking. Problem with initial access to property.

It is self-catering and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It was very clean with good storage space for clothes and plenty of clothes hangers. No need to take a hairdryer as the one provided works very well. Water pressure to the shower (no bath) is extremely good. There were no problems with the Wi-fi or t.v. picture quality, both very good.

No extractor fan in the bathroom and windows difficult to open. Although there is a washing machine there isn’t a tumble dryer; a dehumidifier and clothes horse are provided to dry things indoors, no outside line. In the small back yard there is a cafe table with a couple of chairs if you want to sit outside but this is where the rubbish bins for all 8 flats are stored. Alfred Square has double yellow lines and parking bays, including a couple dedicated to blue badge holders. Parking is time restricted - Monday to Saturday, between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, you can park for 2 hours but must leave for at least 1 hour before returning. No loading/unloading restrictions. Free on street parking is a 5/10 minute walk away.

Comfortable cosy flat in very good location. Facilities good.

A welcome pack with extra info about the town, wifi password, refuse collection days etc would have been useful.

I would say the flat was amazing the bed was really comfortable the price was also very good the location was excellent there is a nice high street me personally I love our Architecture the houses were very Quaint the beach and the pier were also good plenty of benches to sit on I will certainly be going back again so peaceful

Wasn’t aware that there was no parking located near the property until we arrived, There was a draft coming into the dining area from the windows

Spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and furnished. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the railways station. A 10/10 venue.

The peppery overall was perfectly ideal for me and my fiancé to chill the few nights there with perfects places situated around the area, the flat was clean and tidy and the bed was nice and comfy! All of the utilities worked well and arguably speaking great value for money, i will definitely come back to this flat again in due course!

The entrance going inside to the ground for landing stank of mould and damp, could possibly be a damp issue, other than that nothing to complain about.
