L'emplacement de la résidence proche de la plage. Le logement est correct.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous allons dans cette résidence et le ménage n'est pas le point fort. Cette année ne fait pas exception.

Le site est très agréable, le personnel aimable et les équipements sont parfaits.

Nous étions dans le site durant la semaine des fêtes de Bayonne et à partir du mardi le centre est envahit par des jeunes venant pour les fêtes. 7 par appartement, irrespect complet, retour nocturne ou matinal extrement bruyant. Notre semaine à été gâché par ces personnes que l'abus d'alcool deshinibe ! Le personnel, très compréhensif, nous a proposé un autre logement.

La piscine et la plage qui était accessible après 20 minutes de marche. Parking gratuit près de la plage en juin.

Le manque de matériel était criant. Pour un logement pour 7 personnes, avoir une seule poêle de 24 cm de diamètre est à peine croyable. Peut-être est-il prévu que vous ne cuisiniez pas... alors que l'établissement n'a pas de restaurant ? Pas de tapis de bain : sortez de la douche et mouillez partout. Les serviettes de bain d'une taille assez réduite. La terrasse était sale. Il a été nécessaire de tout nettoyer sol, chaises et tables pour les utiliser. Prendre le forfait confort dans les délais impartis, avant d'arriver, puis recevoir une demande de rendez-vous pour vérifier le nettoyage (qui doit être effectué par l'établissement dans le forfait)... Choisir un logement en indiquant que tous les participants sont adultes pour avoir une literie prévue pour des enfants... Une connexion wifi insuffisante - avec impossibilité de se connecter pour un i-phone. La tonte effectuée de bon matin pour une herbe pratiquement inexistante et en repassant sur les mêmes endroits -> boucan assuré Des travaux sur la route (tranchée, bitume) en juillet dans l'établissement. Des programmes de machine à laver non réglables : votre linge est très sale... tant pis pour vous.
