staff was rude. someone got in my room as i was sleeping. neighbours were so loud. the neighbourhood was loud too

Room had everything we needed to cater for ourselves, shower was hot. I liked the older guy who checked us in @ the reception

Younger guy at the reception was terrible, he didn't bring in cleaners even when I told him to. they say they clean upon checkout, they lie,,,, I checked out and I checked back in extending my stay hoping they'd do better but nop...They service is beyond terrible, I'd give them -25 but they don't have that option here... TERRIBLE SERVICE IN CAPS

A security guy older guy who checked us in.... The apartment had everything it was clean and comfortable until the staff started acting up even though they want a cleaning fee.... We had to. live in dirt yet paying a cleaning fee.

A young security guy whom I asked to send over the cleaners to my room, he's even a gossip he was gossiping with other men as I walked past them. They say they clean upon checkout, I did checked out and awaited them to clean then extended my stay, nobody came to clean still. I will never miss anything about this place, if Booking.com ad an opportunity to let us vote until -100, I would definitely pick that coz I think even a 1 or a 0 is too high for this place. Soo disappointed indeed and Mos Def never coming back

The convenient of it with CBD and multiple places and I enjoyed walking loved the poool and the gym area nice touch. But overall it was really amazing and true to its pictures I love love love loved it.
