SEA & OLIVES HOUSE

The location of the property was spectacular, you could see the view of the sea from all angles and it was only a 5 minute walk to the sea. Stelios (a wonderful host) provided us with most of the things you would expect and even provided us with fruit and wine on our arrival, which was sweet. The apartment was spacious and clean and all appliances work well especially the AC during the hot weather. Would definitely come back to visit again!

Nothing really

Stelios, who lives in the same house downstairs is a very hospitable and friendly guy. The flat was clean and nicely decorated. Everything one would need for a longer stay was available, extra bed sheets, towels etc. Stelios offered us wine, fruits and sweets on the day of arrival. Air condition and all other house hold appliences worked well. The house is 5min by walk away from the flat sea shore. In the village you find a pizzeria and a very nice taverna.

The only thing we did not like was the dog barking at night in the neighborhood.

A beautiful house in the heart of Kefalonia, situated close to the Lixouri town and the most famous beaches on the island.The house is a quiet oasis with a beautiful view to the sea, surrounded by olive trees and flowers. The house is freshly renovated and offers all amenities for a comfortable stay. The host Stelios is a very friendly and welcoming person. He assisted us with all questions and requests during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the wonderful time :)

Amazing house furnished with new comfortable mattresses, furniture and appliances with great views of the ocean and mountains, We stayed 4 days and toured all of Kefalonia. Argostoli, Melisani caves, Myrtos Beach, Assos Beach, Fiskardo Village, Agios Gerasimos holy monastery, as well as the gorgeous beaches nearby which are Petani Beach and Atheras Beach. Stellios, who owns the house, is friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with insight on how to go about our journey in Kefalonia, which saved us time and provided our last day there to explore that side of the island. We will definitely book again with the Sea and Olives house.
