Stunning apt with seaview by Costarentals- Ref 162

Dom jedt bardzo ładnie położony. Z obu tarasów jest piękny widok na morze na Plażę Torreblanca. Wewnątrz jest sporo schodów, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. W domu panuje przyjemna atmosfera. Na dolnej kondygnacji urządzona jest ciekawie przestrzeń do gry w tenisa stolowego. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Sa parasole przeciwsłoneczne i leżaki. Łóżka w sypialniach sa wygodne. Za brama moze zaparkować jeden samochód. Jest dostęp do boiska do padla i silowni (nie korzystalismy).

W ofercie wynajmu byla informacja, ze dom posiada dostęp do basenu. Basen byl bardzo przyjemny, czysty i z ratownikiem. Jednak w okresie, w którym wynajmowaliśmy dom 05-13.06.basen byl czynny tylko w weekendy, o czym wynajmujący nas nie poinformował. Dowiedzieliśmy sie dopiero na miejscu po przyjeździe, zatem z basenu skorzystaliśmy tylko dwa razy podczas całego pobytu.

Exceptionally well organised keys pick-up (agent desk at the airport). All important information on the property submitted in advance by email - no hassle with searching the wifi password or figuring out the check-in procedure upon arrival. Property-use instructions available online and accessible via a QR code located in the apartment. The apartment fully fit the description, it was extraordinarily well equipped with everything one could possible think of, including sand showels for the kids, padel and table tennis rackets, surf boards, etc. The kitchen and utensils were spotlessly clean. The apartment boasts three terraces and a balcony.

The instructions said there was a remote controller for the garage in the apartment - we didn't find the remote and did not find the garage either. The information on parking space in the garage was obviously wrong. There was a parking lot few meters up the street, but for the entire week, we were unsure whether we can park there or not. The parking facilities could have been explained better, but at the end, I could have called the agency as well, which I did not. People with disabilities beware, this is a duplex, the apartment is divided into 4 floors, accessible by stairs only.

Emplacement, équipement, vue sur la mer et facilité pour se garer

L’odeur du canapé ou du tapis qui embaumait tout le salon, et quelques fuites d’eau au niveau des ouvertures pendant les grosses pluies. Un eu trop d’escalier mais sur une semaine on s’y fait.

Generally everthing ok. Table tennis inside the apartment is cool. Paddle tennis place nearby is really cool.

Host wasnt able to solve little issues during our stay of 2 weeks! The entrance door could not be opened completely, an umbrella was broken and not repaired during 2 weeks. No possibilities of later check-out than 10 am. The card for taking the keys for the tennis place wasnt there.

Amazing place with lots of space. Easy access to town, shops, beach and etc. Instructions given were simple and could access all facilities with no issue. Would recommend this place for sure and will consider for sure again if planning same place holidays.

To be honest, cannot find anything to complain about.
