The location of the apartment in city center and the responsive host answered my questions

The washing machine was the reason I initially booked the apartment. But once there, the location was exceptional, 50 metres across the road from a theatre, (where I managed to watch Phantom of the Opera), about 400 metres from The New York Cafe and 1.4 kms from Keleti train station. Trams and buses also ran along the street, so you had transport literally at your doorstep. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. One thing I must stress, is that the instructional video of how to access and locate the apartment within the apartment complex was immensely helpful and as the owners themselves stressed shouldn't be ignored. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable stay and I would boik it again, if I ever return to Budapest.

Sometimes the door to the apartment would catch and you would have to lift the handle to assist it in locking and unlocking. Otherwise, a wonderful stay

The flat was very accommodating with all the essentials including washer, drying rack, iron, dishware, potware and the like. Coffee and tea had been provided as well. It's in a very central location and was a great value. I recommend the place and will look to stay there again if I return to Budapest one day.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They were also willing to help and answer questions. The location is good and it's surrounded by many restaurants. The apartment is very cozy. It's on the third floor but there is an elevator; the stairs are not steep so they are easy to climb. Highly recommend.
