VV - Luxury 1 bed with Pool & Sea Views

Beautiful, clean and practical apartment with a big balcony.

L’emplacement de la résidence à 2 min à pied de main street. Les deux piscines avec vue sur la marina + salle de sport. Le logement parfaitement équipé, propre et climatisé. La facilité de communication avec les propriétaires Un grand balcon terrasse très agréable le soir. Une résidence moderne, propre et au calme qui etait pour moi le point le plus important. Tout était parfait, merci.

De la chambre, on entendait un peu la voisine le soir qui parlait fort mais c’est un détail.

Great location for Main Street and getting to the north and south of the Island. Also, right on the marina where you’ll find some great restaurants for breakfast and evening meal/drinks. The apt was very clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was great to sit on after a full day exploring, unfortunately we couldn’t see the marina from the balcony, as the apt is on a lower floor, but the late sun was still hanging around. There were excellent facilities like a pool and gym for guests to use. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. The check in and out process was clear and had no trouble accessing the apt. Would defo recommend.

This is no reflection on our stay but it would have been useful. The only feedback I would leave is for the host to consider a storage facility for those with early flights in and/or later flights out.

The apartment was lovely, spotless, had all tou needed, nicely furnished. Bonus was the fabulous balcony. Pool was huge, and gym on site too. Safe entry system. Good communication Great restaurants nearby.

Nothing not to like

Nice apartment set in a luxury residence. Located in a residential area in the hearth of Gibraltar. Access is autonomous and well explained. Hosts stayed available and reachable all along the stay. Clean, fully renovated and furnished and with a stunning terrace. A car park is located just a few hundreds of meters away the building (Coaling Island)

This property is in a great location. It was very clean & had everything you could need for a long weekend. Max was very accommodating & happy to sort out any problems. The restaurants in the Queens Quay marina were just around the corner & great for breakfast or an evening meal in the sunshine, watching the sunset.

It doesn’t really have sea views as it is only on the 2nd floor. The pool actually obscures the view.
