The scenery, place was clean and the maid was very friendly and helpfull

The water pressure in the house was bad, the shower wasn't good at all. Left you cold after a shower. The place itself was very cold even after starting a fire. They need to get a few portable heaters at the venue.Staff at reception could've been abit more friendly. They should've given us a map of the place so we knew what the place offers, we found out that the place has some nice offers when we were leaving.

"A beautiful relaxing holiday venue!"

Stunning location & facilities, absolutely nothing missing and everything in working order. Beautiful views and a gorgeous well maintained garden. Serviced daily by a lovely lady. The added bonus of an inverter was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this venue and will hopefully be able to return again one day.

Nothing serious, slightly creaking upstairs floor boards & fans but doesn't distract from the fantastic venue. Would be nice if there was cover for the cars, especially during the famous berg thunderstorms.
