The staff was amazing. Very polite and helpful and always smiling. Also they arranged our transfer from and to the airport in a very reasonable price.

The tap water in the bathroom was brown. The hotel is in very dangerous area, when we went out for a cigarette the security accompanied us!

Location exactly in center. I forget my phone charger in room and they keep it in reception until the time I was back in Tana Breakfast was good

"A calm place to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle in Tana's city centre"

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Everybody wears a smile and genuinely seems to care and be happy to have you as a guest. They organize a taxi at no extra cost when you feel insecure about negotiating yourself. They bring breakfast to your room, the ask about your wellbeing! My Deluxe Room was also clean and well equipped, with a proper bathroom, hot water, etc. Wifi was good, too.

Really excellent service from all staff in this centrally located hotel. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for any of them. From the midnight airport pickup with a known and trusted driver to hailing taxis and organising a fixed fare return journey. Although rated 3 star this heritage hotel punches well above its weight. Definitely recommend to travellers wishing for authenticity. BTW breakfast selection is amazing and wonderfully cooked and presented.

Personally nothing. Being right bang in the middle of a capital city means large crowds during the day going on with commercial activities. Night times I found very quiet.

"Very good stay, I was there for work and it seems to be the perfect spot."

Perfectly located in the center of Tana. Many shop acces and restaurant around. The bar is very cool with a DJ to assure party on the weekend. Poker table is a must too. They also have a casino inside ! Perfect for games lovers. Place to park the car very appreciated too as it is really hard to find in the center of the city.

Nothing ! All went perfectly.
