Great location, close to the center, restaurant nearby by car. Host was super friendly and helped us on phone to find the location. Property was cleaned, confortable and well equiped. Breakfast was great we had everything we needed for our stay

The only inconvenience was the smell coming from the bathroom

The host was accommodating, communication was excellent.

The breakfast mainly consisted of UHT milk, biscuits, donuts and muffins all processed and nothing fresh. The quantity though was more than needed, as well the bottled water supplied. The electrical fuse could not handle heating ( 2 ACs) and the boiler or heating and hairdryer at the same time, thus needing resetting from the hallway fuse boxes. Throughout our stay it was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, spilling throughout the house. Bathroom not clean enough to inspire trust in walking barefoot.

The apartment was pretty modern and well-equipped. Two bedrooms, with large beds & a separate living room were a huge dealbreaker. Room-wise - comfortable for a family with 2 kids. A private parking spot was also a plus.

The STENCH from the bathroom was ATROCIOUS. Just unbearable. The owner tried to cover it up with electric diffusers but in combination - it was even WORSE. The bathroom is just FILTHY - like it was never properly cleaned. I was afraid for my health when using it. The same goes for the rooms - if you look behind or under a bed or a sofa or open any cabinet, you'll find dust and dusty sheets. I'm not allergic - but you can feel it. The location is fine, but it was kind of depressing with bars in the windows. It was a ground floor, so understandable - but that being said - it wasn't an Italian experience that I was expecting. No balcony whatsoever. The breakfast was OK but poorly calculated - definitely not for the amount of people that you declared as guests. The owner promised to bring more food - but never delivered it. So you gotta equip yourself for the food after a day or so because you can run out of "included breakfast" pretty quickly. Also - the owner does everything remotely and doesn't have the time even to pick up the phone in case of a problem, so again - better to choose something else or a chain hotel.

The house is so comfy and cosy..we really feel safe and it was super clean..It was a bonus to have a complete breakfast..I can say excellent..The place was very close to the metro ,to the town centre and supermarket...
