Beautiful property, it has absolutely everything you need. Me and my children really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay in this caravan again.

Great caravan in a peaceful area of the park. The caravan had everything we needed with extra books. Dvds and games and added bonus. We have been to Ladram multiple times now and love the relaxed atmosphere here. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The cost of the carvery on Sunday!! It was cheaper to drive to Exmouth and eat there .

How unspoilt it is and I thought everything was responsibly priced.esprcially the beachfront prices

How expensive swimming was if you didn't have a pass. The arcade staff didn't always seem to know how things worked
