Местоположение и ремонт

Антисанитария, по всей квартире была пыль и чужые волосы, грязные пятна на стенах, паутина и пауки на стенах и потолках, диван старый, кровать не удобная, слив в душевой не работает, в унитазе постоянно течёт вода, Тараканы по всюду, страшно было ночью вставать.
