"A beautifully presented house, very comfy, very accomodating. Shame about the garden and the DIY."

The house was great for us as a semi grown up family, having a bedroom each for privacy, for my children aged 12 and 14.5years. Sayeed was very kind and allowed us to access the property an hour earlier. This meant we could leave our bags at the property before we went on to the wedding we had travelled for.

The house on face looked beautiful but a little closer some of the DIY was quite clumpy and the structure needed a bit of tlc. Outside the back garden wasn't very nice. Nothing that couldn't be fixed.

Everything was as expected, house was extremely clean. Would have preferred to have a long soak in the bath but couldn't figure out the plughole which is my issue not the hosts.

Modern / newly furnished. Cool and friendly host Spacious 3 bed rooms. Feel like home. Fully equipped kitchen. Lot of soap and shampoo brenss in bathroom Even better than most of the 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed.

"Perfect for small group trip."

The area is quiet yet close to town. Spacious accommodation and very comfortable. View at the top of the street is something else, you can see all across the Pennines from East Lancs into Yorkshire. Would stay again.
