The staff catered for our breakfast needs. Catered for our family needs for room only

Staff were not polite and not welcoming at all. They charged us extra one additional night. Bathroom was smelly/door was not closing properly and not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room and AC did not function for 3 days.

It is a very bad place to stay with family. I think booking.com should verify this property as the pictures provided are deceitful. My family had to move out of the room provided the first day as there was a very bad smell from the toilets. Another room was provided to me but It was better but had molds everywhere. It was not clean, toilet had flies and there was a feeling that rats were walking on top of your head. I had to move out of the room and had to book another hotel. I will not recommend this hotel for family as it seems that lovers came here to have fun. You can hear people shouting and could not sleep at all. I found condoms in dustbin. I feel that booking.com should refund the money as the reviews are false.

No facilities are there, rooms are dirty,

There is nothing good about it. Rather, I find the behavior of the staff unpleasant.

There are rats in this hotel. There are many holes in the ceiling and rats run around here. The bathroom smells bad. The rats tore my bag and ate my food. But the hotel did not take any action or compensate me. You will spend your time with rats in this hotel.
