USEverything was clean and neat. I wanted a 2 bedroom, rather than a motel/hotel room; we had a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, dining area, spacious entry area for beach items, shoes, etc. Beach towels were available, as well as a hair dryer, and there were (3) beach chairs that were greatly appreciated. There was a cute little court yard as well, with an outdoor shower.
I didn't like that you could not trade dirty towels for clean ones, and sheets too, as you would in a hotel, however contacting the owner after I went to the laundry mat he made sure I had extra clean towels. The kitchen soap dispenser was full, but broken on arrival which was annoying, so I purchased a new one and the owner offered to pay me back, which I declined, but so nice to offer. A suggestion might be to add a sand wagon for carting beach supplies back and forth.
USUSI loved how clean it was. I loved how close it was to the beach.

The outdoor area was a little disappointing as wasn’t completely clean on the furniture etc- lights didn’t come on outside too ?
USLocation is the only plus, in my opinion.
The facilities and cleanliness were less than average, especially for the price. Building is dated, it didn't look like the pictures. I won't come back.

From day one the bathroom sink had a slow drain. I tried reaching out to booking.com via email to get some assistance with this problem and never received a response back.

It is an obstacle course for handicapped people despite being a first floor apartment. Thought this would be easy to access. Parking was a pile of rocks. Definitely not good for walkers, wheelchairs and canes. Then you had to navigate a combination of grass and pavers. My walker is not an ATV.

USThis is a great place tostay on Anna Maria Island. Close to the beach and historic Bridge Street. Absolutley clean upon arrival, comfortable beds and everything you could ask for in terms of supplies. Highly recommend!
