The place is new, clean, comfortable and nice. It is a great room with awesome views. The location is great, you have a restaurant in front and a 2 min bike ride set you in Amed beach area. The breakfast is wide and tasty. Recommended if you want to upscale a bit.

The wifi falls often, so is not stable. The staff was kind but very intrusive, they asked several times in the morning about if we took something from the mini bar and insisted we did. They wanted to come in before we had our breakfast to check it. We allowed them to do so while we were packing and indeed we did not take anything as we knew but their insistence as if we would run without paying was annoying. Also when breakfast was delivered they knocked on the door and almost entered the room, too intrusive.

Very welcome reception from the staff. Everything went very smooth and all our needs were attended to. Nice view on the volcano which makes you smile in the morning! breakfast was good as well. The room was new and very comfortable

the location was a bit further from the main restaurants (15-20min walk) but if you rent a scooter that is no issue, scooters can be rented easily at the location

You need a scooter/bike if you want to travel because it is not located in the city centre.

I have seen a lot of ants on the floor in the room when I arrived but they disappeared after some time.

Everything was perfect ! The room was big, very clean and pretty. The staff was so great and helpful, they helped us to find a taxi and did our laundry. We loved the small flowers everywhere in the room and the wonderful view from the room. The location was perfect and the breakfast very good and with many options.

+ Kind and smiling staff + Welcome drink + Very nice breakfast with fresh pressed juice, tea or coffee and some choices of egg breakfast, Indonesian breakfast or pancake breakfast. + Cozy and clean rooms with big balcony, good for max 2,5 person + Awesome view to the mountains, volcano and rice fields and a very good position close to the center where the beaches are and to the mountains if you want to explore around + Restaurants and little shops nearby + No problems with mosquitos, in the second floor you have mostly a cold brezze + Very good price quality performance + No crowd, not much people, you have your peace o After I gave information for my arrival time, they cooled the room and prepared everything for an early check in

- Sometimes it's loud because of the main street but it's normal in Bali. If you want total silence you must stay in the little villages in the mountains
