The room was very clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee and biscuits with more available in the hallway. It was in a good central location with parking at the rear. Good value for money.

Very comfortable property and a great location. Mark is a great host. Parking is free and plenty of room to get parked every time. The property was clean and tidy and would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at 8QR Rooms in Aberdeen. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The location is perfect—convenient while still being wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a real attention to detail that made it feel welcoming and homely rather than just somewhere to stay. It was spotless, peaceful, and clearly very well cared for. Mark, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming from start to finish—nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth really made the stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you for creating such a lovely space—I genuinely appreciated the effort that’s gone into making it such a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. I would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Location of property and size of room was good

Disappointed by the tiny toilet as no where to put toiletries. Although a notice telling you that the hot water would take sometime to come through the pipes, we gave up waiting as was extremely long time and we had to leave. Also huge crack on wall.
