We stayed at this apartment as a group of four adults and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before leaving for the day, we noticed the water pressure was extremely low. When we returned that evening, there was no water at all. For more than 24 hours we were left without showers, functioning toilets, drinking water, or the ability to properly use the accommodation we had paid for. We contacted the rental agent immediately and were simply told that nobody would be available to attend until the following day. While an apology was offered, there was no sense of urgency and no meaningful attempt to provide a solution or alternative arrangements. Being without running water is not a minor inconvenience—it is a basic necessity. What disappointed us most was the apparent lack of concern for the impact this had on our stay. We were told compensation would be considered however upon checkout nothing was mentioned. We understand that unforeseen maintenance issues can occur, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. The complete lack of water for over 24 hours significantly disrupted our holiday and left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously.

4-en szálltunk meg a családommal, két kamasz gyerekkel. Számunkra ez az apartman tökéletes választás volt. Központi helyen van, nagyon jó a közlekedés. Busz, komp minden pár lépésnyire van a szállástól. Étterem, bolt mind sétatávolságon belül. A nappali néz az öbölre, ahol mindig nyüzsgés van. Csodálatos érzés az erkélyen reggel a kávémat, este egy pohár bort kortyolgatva csak nézni az életet az utcán, gyönyörködni az öbölben. A szobák a belső udvarra néztek, így nyugodtan lehetett a csendes hálószobákban pihenni. A két fürdőszoba is nagyon praktikus. Kaptunk a szállástól üdvözlő italokat, rágcsálnivalót, ez figyelmes tőlük. Van mosogatógép (2 tabletta volt bekészítve), van kávéfőző (2 kapszula van bekészítve Dolce Gusto), és van mosógép is (mosószer nincs). Nagy méretű apartman. Igazán kényelmes volt számunkra.

Írok pár dolgot, hogy mások lássák, de ezek annyira nem jelentős dolgok, ettől én még ugyanitt szállnék meg, ha újra Máltára jönnék. :) A kaució 600 eur, amit kissé túlzásnak tartottam. De rendben vissza is kaptam, úgyhogy ez oké. A wifi az rossz, szinte használhatatlan. Lett volna kedvem egy kirándulós nap után nézni egy filmet a Netflixen, de ez a wifi miatt nem volt lehetséges. Az utolsó dolog az az európai szabvány csatlakozók használata. 2 adapter volt az apartmanban, amit használni tudtunk. Mi négyen voltunk, négyen szerettük volna pl a telefonunkat tölteni éjjel. Ezzel kicsit kellett logisztikáznunk. A környező boltokban pár eur összegért lehet venni adaptert, mi nem akartunk ebbe beruházni.

Perfect location! A short walk to the ferry port and lots of cafes/restaurants. We received a lovely welcome gift. It was amazing having a balcony overlooking the harbour. Eating breakfast there really added to the relaxing nature of our trip. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes. Communication with the owners was excellent. There was a welcome booklet with wifi password and suggestions which was helpful. It was much more affordable staying here and travelling to Valetta for day trips. The apartment is modern and nicely decorated.

Some surfaces had not been cleaned before our arrival which was unfortunate. We had to ask the owners where the cutlery was and they replied swiftly to tell us it was in a drawer within a drawer. This can be remedied with a label. The wifi does not reach the bedrooms which wasn't a huge issue for us. One of the single beds needs to be replaced due to squeaky springs.
