The Galleries No 2

The whole apartment is available with all necessary equipment. I really appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher, the possibility to customize the heating. Wi-Fi absolutely fine, cozy and comfortable beds.

Although the apartment was tidy, a few things were found - e.g. drain in the bathtub (I don't know if it's the age) or various insects inside (but you're among the woods, so I understand). I was bothered by the noise of cars from the road, where cars were really very audible. But I understand that this is not so easy to deal with, especially when the apartment is right next to the road. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and I recommend the accommodation, it's the little things that may not bother some people :)

It was a well appointed self catering accommodation which we found had all we needed. The welcome pack of coffee, biscuits, and milk was a nice touch. There were several minor issues encountered that forced me to reduce my rating of this property down from excellent. That being said, this was a well appointed and comfortable guesthouse and we would choose it again.

Bathroom and toilet door locks did not work, patio door locking very hard and lock missing a screw, cracked bedroom window and downstairs toilet holder loose. As mentioned, they where minor matters that the owners I’m sure will correct.

Lovely house with everything you need.

The hotel next door had very load guests outside late at night.

No.2 The Galleries, a three bedroom new terrace house sits in a quiet culdesac at the northern end of the sleepy village of Spean Bridge and provided an excellent touring base to explore the Fort William and Lochaber area. The house was superbly appointed, clean and well decorated with all the amenities and more that we needed for our stay. All in all an excellent experience and good value for money.

Good quiet location very little road noise, good base to explore from

THere is some maintenance to sort, leaky shower hose, decorative cracks etc

Location and layout were good

No real outside space

Nicely presented, good location for outdoor activities

Lounge window had a large crack in it as did one of the bedroom windows. Large frying pan required.
