Newark area - modern 3 bedroom semi with free off road parking for 2 vehicles

It was perfect location for stopover close to A1. It is a lovely house which is very well-equipped. Would definitely use again.

Nothing! It was tricky to find for the first time but couldn’t fault the property.

Everything was fine with one exception….the outside of the toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried urine from top to bottom all the way round.

It was hard to find but all was well in the end.

Lovely host and facilities. Pictures don't do the space justice - very spacious!

Nothing. It was perfect for our overnight stay. One minor point that the heating seems to be on a timer and it was quite a warm day so we were keen to turn this off. Some instructions to do this might help (we might have missed them..!)

Such a clean and beautiful property with very comfy beds. Was so impressed with it!! Jo was so helpful too and I love the little notes about recommendations in the area. We all said if any of us are ever in the area again we would definitely be coming back. A beautiful garden too and all round lovely property. It felt so safe being down its private driveway too and the parking was directly outside the front. The kitchen has a dishwasher (tablet provided) and a washing machine too although we didn’t need it as only staying one night. Great little set of toothbrush and mini toothpaste which was perfect for the ones who forgot theirs! Would highly highly recommend this property!!

We dropped stomach crumbs from breakfast and thought we’d use the Hoover on the wall to clean it but it didn’t have a battery so we couldn’t so we did feel bad. But nothing we didn’t like at all!!

Super. Jo aas very accommodating and organised and would ddfinatey use again.
