"Cómodo pero necesita una renovación"

La ubicación suficientemente cerca del centro pero a la vez en una zona con fácil aparcamiento gratuito y supermercados alrededor. El personal es muy accesible e intentan solucionar rápido los problemas que surjan.

Las instalaciones están por renovar. Hay armarios que tienen los cajones rotos, algún colchón era demasiado blando, el sofá tiene rajada la tela, faltaba mantel para la mesa, el congelador no va del todo bien y genera hielo en 2 días, la alcachofa de la ducha está rota y salpica todo el baño al ducharte.

"Piso amplio pero limpieza pésima y dejada."

La casa es grande y espaciosa, buena ubicación cerca del centro, restaurantes y supermercados.

Una limpieza pésima. Sin precinto en wc como desinfectado, estropajo y bayeta en cocina usadas, sin pastillas lavavajillas ni bolsas de basura. Sin apenas menaje de cocina. Grasa en muebles de cocina, botellas de agua de otros inquilinos a medio beber y polvo en estancias. Sin tener un básico de cocina de sal, azúcar y aceite, vinagre... muy dejado en ese aspecto.Tela del sofá rajado. Estante de nevera roto.

La limpieza era superficial, no hay 7 camas, el sofá está roto y sucio, no hay casi utensilios de cocina, no hay alcachofa en una de las duchas, la calefacción no se puede regular, huele mal la escalera
