El alojamiento cogió 300 euros de mi fianza sin avisar del importe. Cuando fui a a meter la llave en la cerradura, como se puede observar en la foto que tiene varias décadas, se rompió al segundo dentro de ella sin hacer fuerza. El establecimiento me quiere cobrar casi 80 euros y pagar yo la cerradura por la que han pasado cientos de personas. Encima cuando se lo reclamo por qué me parece una barbaridad hacer eso a un cliente, me dicen que se pondrán en manos de las autoridades por mis amenazas.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im 8.Stockwerk mit entsprechend tollem Blick auf die Küste und über die Hügel von Platja de Pals. Zudem war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Kommunikation mit der Tourismusagentur war im Wesentlichen in Ordnung. Nicht gefallen hat uns aber, dass unsere kurzfristige Anfrage unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte zu verkürzen und dafür das Geld zurückzubekommen nicht einmal beantwortet wurde. Guter Kundenservice sollte auch auf unangenehme Anliegen der Gäste eingehen, oder diese zumindest nicht unbeantwortet lassen.

... die Ausstattung. Es befanden sich sehr viele unnütze Dinge in der Wohnung und viele Einrichtungsgegenstände waren alt und defekt.

Des équipements sont parfois vétustes

The apartment is very cozy and ideal for a couple. From the living room window and from the balcony you can enjoy an outstanding view of the surroundings and the sea. Mesmerizing. I did not use it, but the building has also a swimming pool that guests can use. The apartment is well equipped (although some apparels are very old) and has everything you need when you are not enjoying the sea or the swimming pool. The selection of art the owners made for the walls is really beautiful. In the vicinity there are restaurants and a supermarket.

They can improve some details to make this apartment an outstanding choice. For example I saw a little lack of maintenance (ie: doors and windows hard to open), and the "welcome kit" contained only things to clean dishes, like sponge and soap. Useful but not very welcoming. Maybe a bottle of water already in the fridge and a little snack would be more welcoming.
