Luxury Private Pool Villa near Disney with Fire Pit, Game Room & More

The house was perfect for a family of 4! Very cozy and the host is very nice and communicates well! Definitely will be back soon!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was fantastic!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and plenty of restaurants. The pool was awesome and a great spot to relax. The host was very communicative and made check-in and our entire stay easy and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

The cottage was very comfortable. Everything was really clean, including the private pool, the bedrooms, kitchen sitting area: everything was really nice. The kitchen had everything you need, so the cottage was a really nice place to stay. And the pool was great, we really enjoyed early day, or late night usage of the pool (and during the day of course). All attractions, like Disney, Universal or Seaworld parks were a 20-25 min drive away (depending on traffic). So, lot's of good stuff!!

out of the 20 days we stayed, we had 5 days where we had warm water to shower with. All other days there was no warm water. This is why I give an overall 5. If we could have showered normally this would have been easily a 9. We have notified the owners, who were very responsive, friendly and helpful. But the problem was never fixed. Resetting the breaker box , which they did 3 time, I believe, would result in 1 or 2 days of warm water. In the end they tried to 'blame' us for using too much warm water during showers. BUt there were days we didn't even shower (we did so at e.g. Aquatica) for over 25 hours. 2 adults, 2 children. What if this cottage is used at full capacity (10 people).... Second problem: for a few days the AC didn't work. They send someone over to repair, who only measured the temperature, and the conclusion was: no problem. Well, then explain why the AC is NOT working??? After several complaints, a second technician was sent, and it appeared the drain was clogged. So even though the actual AC unit may have been fine, for us, the guest, the AC didn't work. After clearing the drain everything was fine. There where other smaller things, but these are things you would encountered everywhere.

Very nice home close to all the major attractions. A lot of comfort and very cosy house. A bonus was the firepit.

There was nothing to complain about!

We loved the villa as soon as we walked in. We weren’t sure from the photos how big the pool was but it was great - much bigger than we expected. The villa had everything we needed (including an electric kettle), the beds were very comfortable and it was an easy drive to Disney, Old Town, Celebration, Outlets and Gatorland. We loved spending time in the pool and games room. Scarlet the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
