A&B Villa

Belle villa joliment décorée. Propre.a proximité des plus belles plages, des petits commerces et restaurants. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute. La femme de ménage est une perle. Très beau séjour.

La struttura è molto accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario, spazi esterni ottimi, le camere molto grandi e in ottime condizioni, servizio di pulizia impeccabile, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato per un soggiorno a Grand Baie.

Отдыхали на Villa A&B у M. Veerapen с 30.01 по 8.02. 2026 года. Нас было 4 человека: супруг, я и двое детей. Нам очень понравилось, если будет возможность, то обязательно вернёмся. Три спальни и ванные комнаты на втором этаже, в каждой комнате кондиционеры. На первом: гостиная и кухня + санузел, кондиционера нет. Бассейн очень выручал, старший сын любит. В доме есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Мы все продукты закупали в супермаркете Super U, готовили сами. До пляжа Mont Choisy пешком 7-10 минут, рядом есть небольшой продуктовый магазин, где вкусные экзотические фрукты. Отдых был отличный! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!

The acommodation was beyond our expectation and we absolutely recommend it. The villa is located in quite place and has absolute visual privecy from the surrounding villas / street. The villa was really beautiful and spacious. All the rooms are huge and have high ceiling, so the feeling it gives you is really great. Each of the 3 rooms have its own built in walk in closet, bathroom, huge bed, night stands and very good (and silent) climatisation. There are tiles on the floor everywere, which is good due to the sand you inevitably bring form the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were missing some - for us basic - things, and the owner promptly provided them without question. On top of the regular things, they provided also beach towels, which was nice addition. The bathrooms were also very big, it has big walk-in shower. The swimming pool was sooo nice. It has a "platform" so even younger kids can play in it. There is also outside shower and hose you can use to clean your feet from the sand before you enter the villa. We utilised the washing machine a lot. And they had hoover we could use, it was soo good, we are going to buy one too :) Lastly the communication with the owner was also perfect - communicative, helpful, caring.

There are really minor things, that I would improve, to be beyond perfection: - handing of the keys was being agreed with the maid that was cleaning there, but her english was very very bad, so it was dificult, but she was very nice and basicaly was willing to wait for us however long was needed - there is no climatisation downstairs - the owner has pool guy, gardener, and cleaning laid paid which are popping up at the villa regularly - would be good if the owner provided at least some schedule when to expect those people, so we can keep our privacy

J’ai aimé la disponibilité du propriétaire qui était d'ailleurs super gentil et accueillant. La femme de ménage qui passe tous les jours sauf le dimanche est un plus très apprécié. La maison est très spacieuse et joliment décorée. La terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre pendant que les enfants profitent de la piscine. Le wifi dans la maison est très bien reparti (ce qui n'est pas forcément le cas dans toutes les villas à l’ile Maurice). Le propriétaire propose également la location de voiture à bon prix. Franchement rien à dire à part que vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé, la maison est spacieuse, bien équipé , les chambres sont grandes avec chacune leur salle de bain et leur dressing , la piscine et bien exposé , les photos sont fidèles à la maison , elle est même plus grande qu’elle ne paraît sur les photos . Elle est bien situé à 10/15 minutes à pied de la plage de Mont Choisy , certainement la plus belle de l’Île Maurice et à 10 mn en voiture de Grand Baie et de son grand supermarché. Notre hôte est quelqu’un de très accueillant et attentionné merci à lui pour cet super semaine

Perfect for our family of 6, absolutely LOVED each room having its own bathroom. Location was great, owner was friendly and easy to deal with. Easy parking. Comfy and relaxing.

All was fine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. La maison était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal avec la proximité de la plage de Mon Choisy (9 mn à pied). Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour la baignade de fin de journée. L’accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux et professionnel. La communication avant et pendant le séjour était fluide et réactive, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée et le départ très simples. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain passage sur l'île.
