Riata Inn - Rankin

It was decent enough for our needs. Definitely dated but comfortable and it is not like there is a lot of choice around there

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riata Inn , Anna and her husband welcomed us amazingly wonderful, they are very nice couple who knows Humanity vey well and they are great and fun . We will go back for sure and i recommend to stay there .Thank you very much for you remarkable service and honesty. See you again . Elisabeth and Jean .

It was dirty, mold in the shower, bed was like sleeping on the floor, sheets and pillows smelled like bad body odor and just all around dirty feel. I barely slept.

Room was clean. My husband said the couple that checked him in, is super friendly!

No pool.

Clean and has a lot of potential.

Bed was uncomfortable and tv was small

The property was great! We were very comfortable for our one night stay there. The king room was very spacious with ample furniture for lounging or working!

The shower had a few issues with the diverter and the faucet being away from the wall but it functioned perfectly and was clean. It just didn’t look great which some people have issues with.

The coffee was excellent; there was no other breakfast. That is the reason for the 8 on the evaluation. All other things about the motel were fine. Ana was very generous when we arrived and offered us any drink in the mini-fridge and had other guests move their vehicles from in front of our room since my husband uses a cane. The room was very clean, and the bed had an excellent mattress. Her husband, the owner, gives a generous discount to military members, which I appreciate. The toilet paper holder and towel rack were an unusual western design, which matched their Riata name. There was plenty of hot water and the fixtures were modern and updated. The flooring was easy to clean, rather than a carpet.

One tiny thing-a hook near the tub, so a towel would be handy. I had to either reach a long way for the towel rack or place the towel on the edge of the tub, away from the shower head.
