NLThis place has a lot of potiental to be fantastic, but unfortunately the potiential is not always met. The good: - Beds were comfortable - Fully-equiped kitchen - Location is amazing. Great views of the lake, which you can also access for a swim - Hygiene was mostly good (not perfect) - The host, which we didn't met in person, did his best to be helpful. - We were offered an extra night free of charge after a medical emergency
This place has a lot of potiental to be fantastic, but unfortunately the potiential is not always met. The bad: - I'm not sure we got what we booked. The description mentioned a living room, which we didn't have. Just two bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. - Lots of defects: in one room, we had a leaking toilet and a non-functioning ceiling lamp. In the other room, the AC was very noisy and the ceiling fan and one of the desk lamps didn't work. The microwave in the kitchen was broken was well. The microwave got replaced and we got another fan, but the AC was not fixed and neither was the toilet. - Water pressure in one of the rooms was terrible. - The driveway was extremely slippery and is a hazard. One of us slipped and hit their head. - We asked for a laundy service, but the staff didn't bring in our laundry when the rains started. Thus, our clothes were returned to us wet and still dirty from the rain water. Most of these issues could have been avoided. There is staff present 24/7, so something is going wrong here.
