Quirky original character and location.

Unfortunately it did have a slightly damp musty smell. Maybe a scented diffuser could be placed on the stairs to help.

"Super Lage im typischen Baustil"

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe zu Bars, Cafés, und allen Möglichkeiten die Valetta bietet. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung ist unkompliziert und läuft ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Aktuelle Informationen werden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Der typische Baustil hat jedoch auch Nachteile: Die offenporigen Steine verlieren leicht kleine Partikel, wodurch sich Schmutz bildet. Zudem haftet Putz und Farbe nur schlecht, und die hohe Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme der Steine kann zu einem muffigen Raumklima führen. Insbesondere dann, wenn die Klimaanlage tropft und der Boiler Wasser verliert.

Great location, very spacious room and bathroom. It has everything you need for your holiday. Very easy check in and out and got prompt replies from the host.

A few appliances didn't work but reported it and got a replacement the next day which was great. Poor insulation from the balcony so it can be noisy and cold at times.
