Location is great Friendly, helpful host Home from home, cosy feel Nice and clean Well stocked with things like tea, coffee, loo rolls etc (basics) and well appointed kitchenette Comfy sofa, comfy beds and bedding Well decorated and well lit Good value for money, especially considering the area/location A gorgeous friendly bulldog came to say hello and get their fusses!

Could do with decluttering the entrance and leaving better instructions for locating the key safe, or consider relocating the key safe to outer wall Couple of 'basics' to be considered. Such as having a bedside table and lamp for each bed, put in a/some mirrors and having a space to do hair and makeup in the bedrooms Could introduce a travel cot option
