GBComfortable and easy walk into the center of town
Parking was a bit tight in the space but I have a large car
GBExtremely strong smell of stale tobacco and smoking. Could air it at all and various sprays did not help. Decided to spend as little time in the property as possible.
GBVery spacious property, we were a party of 3 and there was plenty of room.

GBI had an excellent 3 nights here. The property is well equiped with all the kitchen and bathroom items you need, cosy, easy walking distance either into the centre or the nearby park. It was lovely and quiet (despite it including New Years Eve). The outside seating area will be great in warmer weather. Chris the host was very good at communicating. I would definitely stay here again.
A minor issue which is outwith Chris' control is the narrow allocated parking space which my car wouldn't fit into but Chris suggested a suitable alternative.
GBLocation was great and the apartment was very comfortable.
We were there 2 nights... the Saturday night was great, but in the early hours of Friday night / Saturday morning one of the neighbours came back drunk and had everyone awake at 3am.
GBVery comfortable, lots of space for four of us. Particularly enjoyed the two bathrooms that enabled us all to get ready for a wedding without a panic. Kitchen is great, we were able to cook our own dinners and watch TV to relax
Door was a bit sticky to open until we got the hang of it. Bit noisy from upstairs on one night made sleep difficult
GBLocation very convenient for city centre and lovely walks. Quiet area.
Lower tog rating needed for one of quilts in bedroom for summer time. Perhaps check sheets as one seemed to be past best.
GBStunning apartment, spotless clean and everything you need and more. Highly recommend this apartment. It is much bigger than most rentals in the Derby. Within walking distance to the town centre and bus station.
Having to leave!! Absolutely no negative comments.
