The location, the campsite, the decking was lovely to sit out on as the evening was very hot.

Nice clean chalet.spacious no problems at all let us check in early responded straight away to message 100% stay here again

A beautiful chalet, spotlessly clean, welcoming feel and very comfortable. Close to the beach, restaurants, seal sanctuary and buses, great location

Everything. Love the decor, beautiful wooden ceiling, makes it feel like a, home from home. Love the pictures throughout. As soon as walked in it smelt so fresh and clean everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped, spotlessly clean and stunning, like new. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower. Just a mirror in the bedroom would be a nice addition. The radio is great, to have on quietly with the double doors open to the decking it's perfect. The tv has Netflix etc and all channels, clear reception, easy to use remote. There is a lovely rechargeable lamp for the front room and a 'touch on' bedroom lamp for perfect ambience. The view is really nice through the double doors, with birds singing in the morning and evening, a welcome addition. The bed is very comfortable, with nice pillows and lovely fragranced bedding and towels too. The shower is as hot as you like it, with a good flow. I personally used the second bedroom as a dressing room, which worked brilliantly. Didn't mind brushing teeth in kitchen sink because whole chalet is stunning. Sofa is comfy, with a blanket and nice pillows too. The owners could'nt have been more polite and helpful. I absolutely loved this chalet and highly recommend it.

The double bed wasn't comfortable and springs popping out and the bunkbeds was unstable

Lovely little chalet. Has everything you need. Easy to find and close to the beach. It was tidy and could tell it was well looked after. We would definitely visit again.

The accommodation was in a good clean condition, and the owner maintained excellent communication, quickly addressing any inquiries I had. The owner demonstrated a friendly and professional demeanor. I would happy return in the future.

Lovely little chalet, spotlessly clean & modernly fitted out with everything needed. Bus stop just outside to get into town or further (to Skegness). Really good nights sleep, very peaceful & beds/bedding really comfortable. Owner was really accommodating kindly allowing early check-in & late check-out. Greeted by Michelle, who was lovely & really helpful. Will definitely stay again. Was really impressed.

Please think about putting a mirror on the wall near to a plug socket...for us ladies to do our hair...haha. If I was being REALLY picky the sofa was a bit on the hard side so not overly comfortable to sit watching TV in the evenings. The bunk bed was a bit rickety (although super comfy) so my adult sized 14 year old was a bit worried about moving about too much, probably could just do with the screws tightening.
