I didn’t get in the property as we was giving the wrong codes. I have emailed several times and still no replay absolutely shocking customer service

The central location.

Well, not being given the right code for the building entrance, the handle on the door to the room not being attached (gaffer taped on, the handle spins) took an hour to get in, non existent help as no one on reception. The pull out sofa bed was basically an ikea flat pack with no fittings, mainly because one side was already not attached & the other side feel apart when trying to pull out to turn into a bed. Anything else, no cups or glasses, mould in the bathroom & basically every other 5 steps around the room the floor moved & creeked.

Location was great . Access was through a dirty ally and door code given was wrong so couldn’t access the main building . Got let in by another person entering .

The door code was wrong . When reached the apartment the door handle was hanging off . Inside the apartment the bathroom was dirty , was a horrible smell in the whole building . Cancelled our stay and found an alternative hotel up the road 2 min walk for less than half the price . Will never recommend this place .

The whole building absolutely stinks. Lift barely fits disability aids in. Wheely bins inside the building?? Awful smell that clings to your soul. Apartment was very basic, there was stains on the fold down bed, poop on the bathroom soap dispenser and although we paid for 4 people we only received towels and bedding for 2. Cupboard in hall had smelly mopheads in. Outside the flat was a pile of dirty extremely smelly mop buckets and mops. The stairwell had broken glass. The staff haven't replied to any of my enquiries. We left after 2 hours. I'll be chasing a full refund. The building should be condemned.
