Abbiamo pernottato per tre notti a febbraio 2026 con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Eccellente posizione per visitare questa parte di Sicilia anche se forse un po' scomodo il parcheggio, ma abbiamo visto che li stanno ampliando. Appartamento pulito e ben dotato di tutto, molto silenzioso, abbiamo trovato brioches, succhi, caffè, ecc. per una colazione casalinga e anche il crodino e i salatini per l'aperitivo! Bagno piastellato con un ottimo box doccia. Con i proprietari abbiamo dialogato solo via wattsapp ma sono sempre stati disponibili per ogni necessità. Comodo l'accesso con il keylock che ci ha permesso di arrivare senza ansie e senza disturbare nessuno anche a tarda ora. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze...

Solo qualche dettaglio, io metterei un bagno schiuma nella doccia, e ogni tanto proveniva dal bagno un leggero odore di fogna

La posizione, la pulizia e la struttura in generale. Rinnovata presumo da pochi anni, anche se alcuni segni del tempo sono già tangibili.

Il freddo!!! Nessuna tipologia di riscaldamento, a parte un climatizzatore a pompa di calore installato in camera da letto, totalmente insufficiente a riscaldare gli altri ambienti! In bagno, pertanto, se si necessita di fare la doccia, non c'è alcuna macchina termica, che porti anche un ben che minimo tepore quando si esce dalla cabina doccia! Consiglio di frequentare questo alloggio solo con temperature esterne sopra i 30 gradi centigradi anche perché, constatato tramite termometro digitale del mio orologio, la stessa temperatura esterna (10') era anche all'interno!

La posizione, i conforto nelle stanze (cucina attrezzata di tutto, bagno con box doccia, stanza da letto comoda), il rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'umidità eccessiva nelle stanze, sistema di riscaldamento solo nella stanza da letto, corridoio, bagno e cucina ne erano sprovvisti.
