The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charge of EUR 10 per person. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. "Tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Badeurlaub"

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen. Der Strand ist ruhig und man hat auch in der Hochsaison immer einen guten Platz bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet: Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, alles da für einen perfekten Badetag! Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine; Backofen Mikrowelle und einen Parkplatz. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und es gibt auch in der oberen Etage einen kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Luca hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt und uns unkompliziert in Empfang genommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

"Superb"

Nice location, right on the beach, and also convenient for visiting other places in Puglia. The apartment is extremely well-equipped and very clean. The host Luka is well-organized, very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The noise - the building has unfortunately extremely bad sound insulation - you can basically hear everything through the walls (steps, conversations, children crying, ...). The cleaning staff woke us up early in the morning because they were cleaning the apartment next door. The terrace could be equipped with sunscreens in order to accommodate guests to have breakfast outside. Bed linens and towels are not included in the total price, so we needed to pay extra for those, which is not a problem, but it would be nice to know that in time when booking the accommodation.

"excellent new apartment metres from the beach"

perfect. everything is brand new and works washing machine air conditioning etc. water pressure excellent. private courtyard. the beach is only metres away and the town has a great small beach bar called Ghigo that we went to daily. parking is included. Lots of thoughtful extras included like beach umbrellas and beach chairs to borrow, amazon alexa, a hose out the front to wash sand off, washing detergent and dishwashing tablets and shower gel already there. We would happily stay again. excellent.

There are mosquitoes at night but you just close the windows and put the air conditioning on, or make sure the flyscreens are closed and that solves the problem.

"It was a very nice vacation, I would like to stay here next time again."

We stayed here one week with three small children. The sea is just a few meters from the apartment, so for my pregnant wife it was really easy to walk to the beach. Also there is a terrace with sand, the kids also like to play there. The apartment equipped very well (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, microwave, big fridge, strong Wi-Fi, we had everything we needed. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor with nice view to the sea. Parking on the apartment territory. The owner also was very helpful and kind, and the check-in and check-out went easily.

We had a great vacation in this apartment, everything went well, so nothing to mention.
