Die Matratze war ziemlich unbequem
AUOur best stay in Italy - Sabrina and Andrea and their beautiful dogs made it feel like home, and made us feel like part of the family. We loved all the little details they shared about their life, their balsamic, the history of Modena.
Nothing - stay was perfect.

AUSabrina and Andrea were very welcoming and accomodating for our stay. Their hospitality, local passion and love of a good chat had us feeling very much like we were staying with family. The B&B is located about 20 mins outside of Modena central (the main city) so is lovely and quiet and calm. Perfect to relax and get a good nights rest before a lovely breakfast prepared by Andrea - farm fresh eggs cooked to perfection, fresh local fruit and if you’re lucky local speciality cakes and a concert by Sabrina!
Not bad but just be mindful that if you are travelling without a car and or you plan to spend the majority of your time in the main city of Modena (like we did) this B&B may not be ideal as it is located about 20mins outside the city and is only accessible by car/taxi. Still very doable but something to keep in mind when planning your trip. Andrea’s hospitality and the peaceful nights/ mornings definetly make up for the distance it is from the city centre😊
FRSabrina et Andrea nous ont très bien accueillis. La présence de leurs chiens nous a ravie dès le petit déjeuner. Andrea cuisine les oeufs à la perfection (oeuf dur, omelette,..). Bâtisse très bien rénovée. Ils fournissent de l'eau filtrée fraîche tous les jours. Petit déjeuner varié. Parking privé.
Insonorisation de la chambre mais cela est dû d'après les propriétaires de la bâtisse qui est ancienne. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre lors de notre séjour (7jrs).
BEZeer mooie locatie, met veel stijl ingericht zowel binnenshuis als buitenshuis. Wijzelf zijn hondenminded, dus blij met de speelse viervoeters maar misschien dat dit toch beter vermeld wordt bij de booking. Zeer bereidwillige en attente eigenaars.
* te weinig keukengerei bv geen handdoek, geen schoteldoek * veel te kleine ijskast als je gekozen hebt voor verblijf met kitchenette. Een plastiekje om ijsblokjes te maken had handig geweest * te praatgrage eigenaar
