Location was fantastic. Felt extremely safe. Property was clean and the service from the cleaner was brilliant. Loved how much light came into the apartment.

However when you entered the property, the smell of cigarettes permeated everything. From the sofas to the curtains. It was so disgusting that we could hardly stay in the aprtment. We eventually complained and they cleaned out everything but after a few days, it was back. there were little cockroaches and ants in the bathroom cupboards even through the apartment is serviced everyday. The other awful thing was the neighbor above wakes up everyday at 4am and starts making noise. You can hear everything, walls are very thin. One day from 11pm until 5am he continued to disturb us. Also the neiigbouring property always had a party from friday through to sunday. So every weekend we could not sleep until they finished in the early hours of the morning. Also it is a basement apartment, so you do need to go down lots of stairs. not ideal if you have a lot of luggage.

It was nice and quiet

I liked how the house is close to the beach . You only walk for less than 10 minutes .

1 -I didn't like the sofas . I think an upgrade Is needed . Everything else in the house is okay but the sofas in the sitting room are very uncomfortable. A change needs to be made . 2- This thing of arriving and having to first fetch the key at another location was a red flag . We arrived at 75 lagoon drive and had to Uber to fetch the keys elsewhere .That inconvenienced us a bit . I think the keys should be provided to us when we arrive at the exact location that we booked .
