The Pod @ Cold Comfort Farm

The property was perfect. Was very cosy & perfect for a getaway. Next time we are down we will be booking again. The property was spotless looked brand new.

Very secluded and unique property.

Was concerned about the cameras especially facing the decking where we sat and ate.

Once through the entrance gate the pod was lovely - modern, spotless, comfortable and stylish. Excellent communications with host. Although we loved the pod itself, it's surroundings left a lot to be desired hence our rating.

Lack of outdoor space beyond a patio. It seemed as though we drove through the entrance lane into a scrapyard and dilapidated broken down farm buildings. It is misleading to call the location a farm. Our Saturday morning alarm call was the noise of a mechanical digger. On Saturday evening the peace was broken by young men racing motorbikes up and down the opposite field accompanied by another young man roaring and banging his car up and down the lane. The site's photos failed to show the broken down industrial site adjacent to the pod.

Location is very nice and private. Clean and spacious. Bedrooms either side of lounge. Outside seating area. Nice views over field. The shower was powerful. Lovely shower gel! Window over the hob is perfect when cooking.

TV had a blue tint. Limited coffee pods. Fitted sheets for smaller bed didn't fit too well.

The Pod - was a great surprise how comfortable and clean it was - really stylish and def would stay again
