Mancanza di personale,oltre le 19 la struttura è deserta. Abbiamo avuto una difficoltà in camera ho dovuto scrivere un messaggio Watsapp alla signora della reception che era andata via,mi ha risposto stamattina con tutta calma .alla fine il problema ce lo siamo risolto da soli.
