Cebu City Huge Lofts by P&J

It’s location.

It was dirty. When we got in we saw some cockroaches in the kitchen area. There was a foul smell coming under the kitchen sink which is so disappointing. The property’s lift is humid inside. Overall, not a good place to stay.

I like that it’s big and so many available foam, there’s two rest rooms, a kitchen, and other facilities. There’s water too.

There’s cockroaches everywhere, no postpaid wifi, prepaid one was super slow. Place is a bit old but still good overall.

The owner cancelled on us at the last minute; it was so stressful looking for new accommodation when we've already landed on Cebu.

Me and my friends love the big window with the view of Cebu City! It's nice that it only has one room but with 4 big beds! All of us in 1 room! And there 2 bathroom! The location is so accessible!!

Overnight Parking fee of php2,000 is sooo expensive! Not worth it. The loft is outdated, and there are tiny cockroaches under the kitchen sink and in both bathroom. Sofas badly needs to deep clean as it felt itchy whenever I sat in it.

Literally only good thing about this place is the location.

One of the worst stays I've had in recent memory. A lot of things are broken (lamps, faucet etc), it's very old and dirty, the big shower head is moldy/dirty, water flow is irregular and weak. But worst of all: it's promoted as a "huge loft", but the loft floor is closed with a gate, so you cannot even go up there. So it's just like a studio. Ridiculous. Booking.com should remove this listing.

I like the owner of this because she is very responsive. I also like the location

Lots of cockroaches in the place. We asked for towel since day 1 because they only gave us 3 towels and we are 8 adults. I asked them twice but we never received it. Lots to repair on this penthouse

The staff was great.

The staff was great. Maybe they could improve on the utensils for example. Literally, only one small casserole e could use since with the induction stove. I suppose one would imagine that if there were 6 people and you provided kitchen, they'd probably cook something. Otherwise don't offer kitchen that's a bit inconvenient to use. Bathroom floor was very slippery but they provided us immediately with a rubber mat when requested. One side of the glass window/wall has broken blinds so the sun glared too much when one wants to sleep a bit more. Overall, it was good stay.
