Fantastic views, delicious breakfast, very nice hosts, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. There are about 142 steps from the parking to the room and another 160 to the beach, but the hosts help you with the luggage and the views and everything is fantastic so it is more than worth it. But it's not for people with physical disability.

Wow what a Villa and View (best we've ever seen and amazing to wake up too) San Nicolla Arcella is an Absolutely Beautiful cliffside coastal town. With Scalea and Praia a Mare only 10 minutes away and also pretty coastal towns Thankyou Guilia and colleague for your 1st class service and delicious breakfast on the balcony. The view from the terrace was magnificent and changed from sunrise to sunset. Extremely easy to access beach. And also easy to access Centro. Easy walking distance to Arco Magno. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast on terrace was varied and delicious.

Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Guilia und Jürgen, und schon vom ersten Augenblick waren wir begeistert. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der grossen Terrasse, die Aussicht war traumhaft, sowie der Weg zum Strand über die Treppe. Guilia und Jürgen waren so herzlich und zaubern jeden Morgen ein wunderbares ,abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, das auf der Terrasse serviert wird . Ich persönlich habe die obere Terrasse als meinen morning Yoga place entdeckt , eine bessere Location gibt es fast nicht. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es einige steile Stufen vom Parkplatz bis zur Villa sind, aber Jürgen hilft perfekt mit dem Gepäck. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt , hoffentlich bis bald.

La vista dalla terrazza è eccezionale e la terrazza stessa (camera "Euterpe") è molto comoda per la colazione preparata dallo staff, la cena (organizzarsi da soli sfruttando il frigo) o semplicemente per rilassarsi. Le colazioni sono buonissime e abbondanti. Non ci sono rumori ma soltanto le voci della natura. Stupendo. La spiaggia proprio ai piedi della struttura è bella e ben attrezzata. La posizione è unica.

La strada per arrivare al parcheggio è molto ripida e stretta, l'auto più adatta è un minisuv, questo fatto vale in generale per tutte le strade della zona, caratterizzata da alte falesie. Tante scale! Bisogna essere in buone condizioni fisiche e cercare di non farsi male o diventa tutto molto difficile.

La disponibilità della sig.Giulia sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza rendendo la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Panorama straordinario stanza piccola ma comodissima e bagno grande comodissimo colazione noi abbiamo optato per quella dolce buona , fatta in terrazza con panorama stupendo tutto fantastico.scaletta privata per accesso in spiaggia 2 minuti fantastico.

Ci sono parecchie scale ma fattibili ,il prezzo da pagare per godere di un panorama fantastico
