"Gorgeous litte house"

Gorgeous little house! Stylish, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our little family for a lovely trip to Hull. Lots of thoughtful things like books for the little one, a pint of milk on arrival and great facilities. Claudia was fantastic and gave us all the info we needed for a perfect stay. We will be back, thank you!

Everything well appointed and beautifully decorated, but sumptuary comfortable.. Space used incredibly well. Immaculate. Communication with host was excellent.

Absolutely nothing. One incredibly minor detail, as someone who needs water overnight for medication, a bedside cabinet in second bedroom would be helpful BUT given how well the space is used, I can’t really see how that could be achieved so. absolutely doesn’t detract from this amazing property.

"Comfortable and convenient."

Location and parking (for one car) very good. Kitchen facilities excellent. House rules and requested behaviour communicated very clearly and are fully appropriate.

Not really issues at all, but personal preferences would be for bedside tables (although there are small shelves under bedside wall lights) and fabric covered lounge seating rather than leather (maybe provide throws?)

"Xmas stay"

This is a beautiful house ,it's absolutely spotless and so homely. The owner made sure everything was there to make your stay perfect even left lovely biscuits and treats. All tea,coffee ,and even a hotel chocolate maker with all that you needed to make it. There were christmas decorations up which were done extremely taste full as was the whole house. We would 100% go back to this property and would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay it's definitely like home from home .

Property is a perfect family home. Comfy, cosy and has everything you would need. They even had milk in the fridge ready for us. Could not recommend this property more
